Tax Receipt

Up to $1000 per year for eligible fees.
paid for each child who is under 16 at any time during the year.

The child must have been under 16 years of age or under 18 years of age if eligible for the disability amount at the beginning of the year in which an eligible fitness expense was paid.

The member's date of birth must be entered in their database record in order to calculate eligibility.
